- $40 non-refundable donation per two person team
- Onsite registration on Saturday, August 3, 2024, 4:00 – 4:30 PM, check or cash only
- The tournament is limited to 32 teams
- Your spot will not be confirmed until payment is received
- Cash prizes for 1st and 2nd place with the amount based on the number of registered teams
- Fish fry, fun and beverages available, sponsored by the Three Lakes Fire Department
- No carry-ins allowed
