$40 donation per two-person team, rain or shine, non-refundable.

The tournament is limited to 32 teams. Your spot will not be confirmed until payment is received.

Cash prizes for 1st and 2nd place, amount based on number of registered teams.

Fish fry and beverages provided by the Three Lakes Voluntary Fire Department.

No carry-ins allowed.
