• $40 non-refundable donation per two person team
• Onsite registration on Saturday, August 2, 2025, 4:00 – 4:30 PM, pay by check or cash only
• The tournament is limited to 32 teams
• Your spot will not be confirmed until payment is received
• Cash prizes for 1st and 2nd place with the amount based on the number of registered teams
• Fish fry and beverages available, sponsored by the Three Lakes Fire Department
• No carry-ins allowed
