The Board of Directors have been working on establishing the NLSC as a 501(c)3 charitable organization with the IRS.  This change necessitates modifying our current bl-laws.  At our Board of Directors meeting on September 29, 2025, the attached revisions were approved for presentation and approval by the NLSC membership.  These will be introduced to the membership at the October 27, 2025 membership meeting.  The matter will come up for a vote of the membership at the November 24, 2025 membership meeting.
